Job Description
To handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond to question about our product/service.
Candidate profile:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Enjoy communicating with customers via telephone.
- Able to multi-task by working with various system while communicating via headset.
- Able to articulate and speak well in English.
- Possess excellent communication, customer service, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- 3 months Contract Position (non-renewal)
- Intake / training : ASAP
Working hour’s arrangement:
- Working hours: Minimum 44 working hours per week excluding meal break (Paid Overtime available)
- Working days: Mon – Fri
- Available to work on Public Holidays (Public Holiday OT rates available)
- Australia market working hours – Shift starts at 5 am / 6 am
Benefits :
- Transportation allowance - RM 20/per day
- PH Extra paid rate
- OT payment
