We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Intern to support our sales team. The intern will assist in administrative tasks, help streamline sales processes and ensure efficient communication between departments. This role provides hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM tools, and customer relationship management.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Organize and maintain sales records and files.
- Manage sales-related correspondence and documentation.
CRM and Data Management:
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Generate reports to track sales performance and pipeline.
Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, operations).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Support in resolving customer inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team.
Other Tasks:
- Contribute to team brainstorming and strategy sessions.
- Participate in special projects or events organized by the sales or marketing team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing diploma in Business Admin, Account, Data or related fields. Recent graduates are also welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is compulsory.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Additional Traits: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: Up to RM500.00 per month
