  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • Assist in conducting regular site inspections and update checklists in the system to track maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist in assessing mechanical systems and help identify required repairs to ensure they are in operable condition.
  • Help with routine maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, and assisting with cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels.
  • Assist in inspecting and maintaining firefighting systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Help with setup and maintenance of air conditioning systems, observing repairs as necessary.
  • Help monitor energy use and assist in gathering data to recommend improvements for sustainability efforts
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration systems, participating in repairs when needed.
  • Help maintain plumbing and drainage systems, ensuring proper functionality and preventing issues.
  • Assist in inspecting fire and protection alarm systems, helping schedule repairs when necessary.
  • Help with manual repairs, including clearing blockages, fixing locks, and replacing windows under supervision.
  • Help review mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings and assists with installations and modifications.
  • Observe and ensure that work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations under supervision.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide assistance with additional tasks as required by management or superiors or Officers

Requirement

1. Minimum SPM or Certificate or Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field

2. Valid LV Chargeman A0/A4 certification (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)

3. Must be able to communicate very well in Bahasa Malaysia and English

4. Computer literacy and able to write a simple report

5. Hands on knowledge in handling all technical aspect of building and utilities

6. General retailing experience

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,100.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
