The Menu Development Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of new menu items for US Pizza. This role requires strong culinary skills, management experience, and a deep understanding of the food service industry. The manager will oversee the entire menu development process, from concept creation to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research and development of new pizza recipes and other menu items.
- Develop and manage the menu development budget.
- Oversee recipe testing, costing, and menu item documentation.
- Manage a team of menu development specialists.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure menu launches are successful.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for menu improvement.
- Stay current on culinary trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop and implement menu pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in menu development or a related role.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of food cost control and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay: RM6,456.80 - RM7,991.22 per month
