The Menu Development Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of new menu items for US Pizza. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the research and development of new pizza recipes and other menu items.
  • Develop and manage the menu development budget.
  • Oversee recipe testing, costing, and menu item documentation.
  • Manage a team of menu development specialists.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure menu launches are successful.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for menu improvement.
  • Stay current on culinary trends and competitor offerings.
  • Develop and implement menu pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in menu development or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of food cost control and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
