Position: Corporate Secretary Associate
Location: Penang, Malaysia
Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500
Job Description:
The associate position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to supporting the small business community. If you are organized and confident, this role provides exposure to the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work. As a Corporate Secretarial Associate, you will assist clients in managing their portfolios and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of clients' company secretarial matters.
- Assist with customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring).
- Assist with the incorporation of new companies and registration of foreign companies.
- Maintain statutory registers and minute books.
- Prepare and file notifications with ACRA.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements under the Companies Act.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Corporate Secretary Associate: 3 years (Required)
