  • Handle office administration and human resources matters.
  • Prepare company official documents such as quotations, invoices, work orders, etc.
  • Handle company emails, phone calls, social media and correspondence.
  • Assist account and procurement matters.
  • Handle stock receiving and inventory.
  • Assist sales and marketing matters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
