Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration and human resources matters.
- Prepare company official documents such as quotations, invoices, work orders, etc.
- Handle company emails, phone calls, social media and correspondence.
- Assist account and procurement matters.
- Handle stock receiving and inventory.
- Assist sales and marketing matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
