Job Title: Operations Admin Coordinator

Location: Petaling Jaya, AmCorp Trade Tower
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Government Tender Management:
- Prepare, submit, and manage documentation for government tenders.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Monitor tender deadlines and manage bid proposals effectively.
- ISO Process Ownership:
- Act as the primary ISO Process Owner, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor ISO-related procedures and policies.
- Facilitate internal and external ISO audits and ensure timely resolutions for non-compliance issues.
- General Administrative Support:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Managing government tenders.
- Acting as a process owner for ISO standards.
- Handling general administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
