Job Title: Operations Admin Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Government Tender Management:
  • Prepare, submit, and manage documentation for government tenders.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Monitor tender deadlines and manage bid proposals effectively.
  • ISO Process Ownership:
  • Act as the primary ISO Process Owner, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor ISO-related procedures and policies.
  • Facilitate internal and external ISO audits and ensure timely resolutions for non-compliance issues.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as required.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Managing government tenders.
  • Acting as a process owner for ISO standards.
  • Handling general administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
