Personal Trainer

Badcave Training Facility and Exclusive Fitness was established by our CEO/Director, Mr. Murad Zaidi in 2007 and our establishment has successfully provided countless possibilities and opportunities to employees over the years who needed employment. Our clients consist of royal families, celebrities, athletes, VIP's, CEO's and entrepreneurs to name a few. What we are looking for in Personal Trainers

1. Highly motivated and passionate about fitness

2. Knowledgeable about different workouts and exercises

3. Friendly and enjoy working and interacting with people

4. Excellent communication skills with a good command of English

5. Candidates with recognized Personal Trainer qualifications and sales experience will have an advantage but everyone is welcome to apply as training will be provided

-Proactively conduct orientation sessions or exercise sessions for beginners and first-time gym goers

-Learn and conduct exercise sessions to engage gym members.

-Effectively assists in all member enquiries, complaints and requests.

-Ensure proper administration of the gym, such as:

· Sign up or cancel memberships.

· Disallow non-members or those with outstanding payment.

· Collect and record all payments.

· Investigate and communicate accordingly if fouls are committed.

· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of gym environment.

· Ensure equipment are functioning and well-maintained, take corrective actions if they are not.

· Ensure gym rules are respected and take corrective actions if they are not.

· Effectively work within the team to escalate any issues to your direct Supervisor after attempting to resolve them on your own.

-Contribute towards delivering a great experience to members and guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
