KEY RESPONSSIBILITIES:-
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including desserts, viennoiserie, pastries
- Follow recipes and production processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product quality.
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and bakery area.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to avoid spoilage.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demands.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve baking skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:-
- At least three (3) years of proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role;
- Knowledgeable in practicing halal-related SOP in F&B industry,
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team;
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
