Responsibilities:

  • Set up the sound/audio and lighting equipment and broadcast the music for the event and training.
  • Setting up the media equipment such as video monitors, projectors, sound systems.
  • Carry out the installation and the adjustments of the elements of sound and light system (microphones, loudspeakers, amplifiers) for the events.
  • Determine the type of sound equipment and the layout of speakers, microphones, amplifiers, according to the acoustic rendering.
  • Ensure all equipment remains in good working order.
  • Performing inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories.
  • Support during online and offline event/training.
  • Assist in event logistics planning, including vendor coordination.
  • Support the development and maintenance of event budgets, tracking expenses, and managing financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event-related materials and services.
  • Assist in sourcing and managing event supplies, equipment, and rentals.
  • Aid in creating event timelines, schedules, and production documents.
  • Assist with event registration processes, attendee management, and coordination of special requirements.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
  • Contribute to the development of event layouts, floor plans, and seating arrangements.

On-Site Event Support:

  • Provide support during event setup, ensuring that all elements are properly arranged and organized.
  • Assist with on-site event management, including vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
  • Collaborate with the event team to address any unexpected issues and ensure a smooth event flow.
  • Assist with the management of part timers and staff, ensuring they are informed and well-prepared.

Post-Event Tasks:

  • Assist in the analysis of event data, such as attendance numbers, survey results, and financial reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation of post-event reports, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
  • Assist the superior by performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

1. Minimum 1-3 years working experience.

2. Physical fitness to transport and set up heavy equipment.

3. Strong project management skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed plans.

4. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

7. Good command of Mandarin and English.

8. Ability to stark work immediately will be an added advantage.

9. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), in-office
