Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing

Job Descriptions:

• Execute marketing plan according to tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects. Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
• To be responsible for the development and management of social media channels including Facebook, Live, Instagram, TikTok,etc.
• Strategize, develop, and manage ads to meet marketing goals across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads and Google Ads with a monthly advertising budget.
• Analyze data, identify advertisement trends & perform testing to develop the best ad campaigns.
• Monitor key online marketing metrics -- results & cost per lead -- to track success.
• Coordinate with a graphic designer to conceptualize visuals and videos for ads.
• Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
• Initiate, lead and assist in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.
• Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events.
• Updating databases and using customer relationship management.
• Assist and involves in all related tasks given by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess in Diploma in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with - Facebook ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok Ads , Google ads & etc.
• Ability to segment audiences and build campaigns to reach customers at various stages of the conversion funnel.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Knowledgeable of social media platforms.
• Possess excellent planning skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills
• Have transport.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

Working Hours (5.5 days) :-

Monday - Friday : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Saturday : 8.30 am- 12.30 pm

Location : Wisma Sidah , Seksyen 7 , Shah Alam.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
