Job Description

The Operations Manager for Food and Beverage (F&B) will oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations within the F&B department. This role involves ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining the overall quality of service and operations across all food and beverage outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
  • Manage daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop staffing schedules to optimize efficiency and control labor costs.
  • Guest Experience:
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through quality food and service.
  • Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Financial Performance:
  • Develop and monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost control measures.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and revenue growth.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain operational standards and uphold the brand’s image.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers.
  • Develop strategies to improve menu offerings and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
  • Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of local F&B market trends in Kuala Lumpur is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
