KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Create long-term plans that align with company goals by setting targets and identifying the best ways to reach the audience.
- Market Research: Study trends, customer needs, and competitors to develop effective strategies.
- Setting Goals and KPIs: Define clear goals and measure progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Campaign Management:
- Planning Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitoring Performance: Track campaign results using analytics tools and adjust strategies for better outcomes
3. Team Leadership:
- Leading the Team: Guide and mentor the marketing team, providing support and fostering collaboration.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other teams like sales and product development to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Team Alignment: Ensure the team understands and works toward the company’s overall objectives.
4. Brand Management:
- Building Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with customers.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent communication that reflects the brand’s values and positioning.
- Managing PR: Handle public relations and media interactions to build and protect the company’s reputation.
5. Digital Marketing:
- Managing Digital Efforts: Oversee online marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Analyzing Digital Metrics: Track performance metrics like traffic, conversions, and engagement to improve digital strategies.
- Adapting to Trends: Stay updated on digital trends and technologies to keep strategies effective and current.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on marketing, can also be advantageous and may be preferred for higher-level positions.
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
- Proficient with marketing-related software programs
- A history of planning successful product launches and events
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
- Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
- Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
