- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Serve walk-in customers professionally and with courtesy.
- Perform sales for beverage products;
- Arrange delivery or pick-up services such as courier services for the sales team;
- Organize and maintain filing systems;
- Coordinate air conditioning service appointments and maintenance;
- Assist with lift license applications;
- Manage stationery orders and inventory;
- Handle customer service duties, administrative tasks, and any other responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in relevant field of study
- 1-2 years of administrative and receptionist experience.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Knowledge of basic office software (MS Office, etc.).
- Required languages : English. Mandarin and BM
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
