  • Serve walk-in customers professionally and with courtesy.
  • Perform sales for beverage products;
  • Arrange delivery or pick-up services such as courier services for the sales team;
  • Organize and maintain filing systems;
  • Coordinate air conditioning service appointments and maintenance;
  • Assist with lift license applications;
  • Manage stationery orders and inventory;
  • Handle customer service duties, administrative tasks, and any other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma in relevant field of study
  • 1-2 years of administrative and receptionist experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Knowledge of basic office software (MS Office, etc.).
  • Required languages : English. Mandarin and BM
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
