We’re Hiring: Prime Payroll Manager
Are you an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in leadership and compliance? Join our dynamic and growing team to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding results for clients at a country level.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage client relationships and handle country payroll activities, ensuring compliance with global and regional standards.
- Lead and support country payroll operations, including filing local statutory payments and reports.
- Collaborate with teams to shape scalable payroll functions and improve processes.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and subject matter expertise to multi-country payroll teams.
- Ensure compliance with SOC1/2, ISO standards, and local legislation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of payroll experience in an outsourced function, with leadership responsibilities.
- Expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and in managing local and regional payroll processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in another regional language (e.g., Japanese JLPT N1/N2).
- A university degree and relevant professional certifications.
