Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Operations Policies and Procedures
- Assists in the implementation of all HR policies and Procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Proactively build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and application, conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications.
- Conduct interview, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
- Assist in the selection process by presenting well-qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
Operations
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR foreign manpower functions and duties which includes but not limited to monitoring and checking of work permit validity and renewals.
- Monitor and maintain HR data for foreign workers.
- Responsible for coordinating foreign worker quota applications via liaison with the relevant government agencies and appointed agents (if any).
- Attend to all matters related to the foreign workers’ affairs i.e. work permit management, medical examinations (FOMEMA), foreign workers insurance schemes etc.
Learning & Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development programs to foster employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Liaison and processing of foreign worker levy-related matters with the relevant government agencies.
Others
- Ensures the continuing protection of the Company's assets, both tangible (such as products, processes and services) and non-tangible (such as trademarks, etc)
- Undertake ad-hoc Human Resources projects/assignments and to perform any other duties as and when requested by Head of Human Resources & Administration from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in HR related field and Hotel industries.
- Knowledge of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws and other relevant legislations.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
