1. To prepare and plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

2. To adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure of the Company for procurement, administration, and other related works.

3. To review, compare, analyse, and obtain approval for products and services to be acquired/purchased. Ensure the purchases are at the best rate and within the budget.

4. To manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.

5. To maintain and update supplier record such as pricing, qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

6. To maintain good relationship with the suppliers and negotiating the best rate for the products/services.

7. To research and evaluate prospective suppliers.

8. To prepare any related reports.

9. To perform daily purchasing operations, including sourcing and price comparison, issue Purchase Order, matching of Delivery Order against Purchase Order and invoice, prepare GRN for submission to Accounts Department.

10. To keep update/well understand of all the purchase items status from time to time till fully received/delivered.

11. To maintain a systematic-documents filing for the department.

12. To responsible in all ISO related matters.

13. To monitor and ensure all relevant certificates such as ISO, CIDB and SEDA (Solar Energy) are renewed and up-to-date.

14. To arrange for seminar and training as required for CIDB renewal.

15. To schedule project meeting and prepare minutes on monthly basis.

16. To provide administrative support and manage the daily administrative tasks of the department.

17. Any other additional duties, responsibilities and authority may be assigned by the management from time to time, either verbally or in written instruction.

Requirement

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administrative, Supply Chain, Quantity Survey, or equivalent profession certificate.

At least 2 years working experience in procurement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
