- Oversee and perform all meat-related tasks including butchering, portioning, and preparation of a variety of meats such as beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and game.

- Ensure meat is cut to the required specifications for the various menus and restaurant offerings.

- Prepare specialty cuts and custom orders for high-end events and special requests.

- Manage the purchasing, storage, and inventory of all meat products.

- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure all meat is fresh and stored according to health and safety standards.

- Physically fit to perform the demands of the role, including lifting heavy meat cuts and standing for long periods.

- Proven experience as a Butcher, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen.

- Experience in hospitality background would be aded advantage.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
