RESPONSIBILITIES:-

· Remind and follow up with customers on their overdue accounts.

· Good negotiation skills on repayment methods.

· Able to converse fluently in Bahasa and English.

· Ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage.

· Be tackful and able to handle customers at all levels.

· Be alert and maintain professionalism while handling and communicating with a customer.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.
  • With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
  • Good communication skills (BM & English).
  • Self-discipline and Team player.
  • Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.
