Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage key HR functions with a strong focus on Training & Development, Strategic Management, Talent Acquisition, and Industrial Relations, while also overseeing payroll processes. This role is critical to driving a high-performance culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities Training & Development
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
- Conduct regular training needs analyses and collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps.
- Oversee the design and delivery of leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure ROI and alignment with organizational goals.
Strategic HR Management
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to support business strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure the organization remains competitive in terms of employee engagement and retention.
- Provide strategic advice on organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and managing interviews and selection.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
Payroll Oversight
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Industrial Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with labor unions and ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
- Represent the organization in negotiations, mediations, and conflict resolution processes.
- Develop strategies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with a focus on Training & Development, Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, and Industrial Relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
