Job Description

  • Support the manager with accounting and HR-related tasks
  • Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage necessary items using the accounting system
  • Handle invoice-related tasks
  • Report to the headquarters as needed
  • Handle visa renewal processes
  • Manage payroll-related tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher education
  • Around 3 years of experience in Accounting
  • Willing to handle both account and HR tasks
  • HR experience is not necessary

Additional Information:

Company Industry: Trading company

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm
