Job Description
- Support the manager with accounting and HR-related tasks
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage necessary items using the accounting system
- Handle invoice-related tasks
- Report to the headquarters as needed
- Handle visa renewal processes
- Manage payroll-related tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or higher education
- Around 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Willing to handle both account and HR tasks
- HR experience is not necessary
Additional Information:

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm
