Responsibles:

  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, tickets, and live chat).
  • Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties about customer deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the customer relationship team for personalized responses, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback for product and service improvement.
  • Ensure smooth communication with customers by working with different teams.
  • Guide new customers through product and service training.
  • Stay connected with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Manage customer accounts by promptly addressing issues and staying updated on service updates.
  • Retain customers and explore upsell opportunities through alternative business solutions.

Requirements:

  • ‌Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
  • Min 1 year of working experience in the same field (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/Sales/tele-sales) is an added advantage.
  • Good at reading and writing in Mandarin and English are mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level.
  • Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • .Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / Google Sheets /applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
