1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues via phone, email or chat.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, applications, and network connectivity.
3. Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
4. Escalate complex issues to higher level technical staff or management when necessary.
5. Assist in the setup, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
6. Offer guidance on best practices and procedures to customers to prevent future issues.
7. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and updates to provide accurate solutions.
8. Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
9. Perform other related technical support tasks from time to time assigned by the Director and Technical Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
