To handle inbound booking from guests, providing guests with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries as well as giving billing information provided by the system.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Review daily arrival list for next day and ensure necessary correspondence for the purpose of billing are present and all information are correctly updated.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email and message. Answer questions, resolve issues and offer service information.
- Responsible to control price and allotment based on daily price, demand and events
- Working closely with housekeeping to coordinate guest requests, resolve issues and defect units. Follow up with operation on any units closed at schedule to issues or defects and ensure when unit can reopen again.
- Check refund details one by one for refund process
- Double check no show and dispute one by one listing at booking.com
- Handle and respond booking.com/Agoda message, Email, calls, inquiry and booking.com credit card (BCC)
- Check reviews and reply customer feedback at Booking.com/Agoda to improve service
Minimum Requirement
- Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders / Customer Service, or related fields.
- Preferable candidate with 1-2 years of experience in in a customer service.
- Age 21 years old - 45 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills
- Willing to learn and work on shift with an open attitude.
- Pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette and admirable behavioral traits.
- Team-oriented and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Basix keyboard and computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of computer networking would be an added advantage.
- Good spelling, grammar, and comprehension skills
- Fluent in spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
