Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing and promoting company products and services.
· Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information professionally.
· Document customer interactions and manage client databases accurately.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
· Strong persuasive skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle rejection professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
