  • Overseeing Delica production processes which is includes monitoring, table work and any other work directly involved in the Delica
  • To oversee the Line leader & Delica assistant on their work and to correct/ teach them if necessary.

  • To conduct follow up training to expose staff to new methods or products on Delica to enhance their product knowledge
  • To check with Line Leader on what items to be made and in what quantities they are to be prepared for the next day.
  • To delegate the various work/method involved in Delica to the Line Leader & Delica assistant accordingly
  • Assessing project and resource requirements
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met per company KPI
  • Responsible for achieving the delivery ratio target for the department and the various method to achieve this means
  • Organizing the machine Cleaning, Inspection, lubricants & tightening (CILT) and liaise with Production technical Officer regarding routine maintenance of Delica production equipment
  • To administer the Delica's staff discipline based on the disciplinary guidelines and policies of the Company & take disciplinary action against staff who failed to follow company rules and regulations
  • Responsible for the amount of products to be made base on Teraoka production plan and order.
  • To maintain the high standard of our product through quality control. This involves checking the products before releasing it to MMD team
  • To check and ensure all Planning, Working instruction & SOP is carried out completely at the Bakery department
  • To keep track of the fast/slow moving material monitoring with action if necessary
  • To be responsible for any documentation involved in the Delica for record purpose either for ISO purpose or monitoring purpose
  • To ensure that the documented recipes to follow are updated
  • To be able to read and know the merchandising report and AEON Figures and take responsibilities for accuracy of production. To check and do adjustment for stock taking result accordingly
  • To manage proper control of the raw material used in the department base on order from Teraoka system and TOD
  • To monitor, maintain and review documentation in relation to the implementation of FSSC22000 in the Delica department
  • Any other reasonable tasks assigned by superior for any workplace related functions
