Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

1.Plan and execute complex recruiting initiatives to identify, engage and secure the right fit at the right time with the right costs to fully meet business needs.

2.Able to source & screen through all talent avenues the right talent as suitable for the requisition.

3.Utilizes a variety of key tools to source, identify and mobilize talent.

4.Conduct autonomously thorough selection of candidates by doing interviews (F2F, phone, TEAMS).

5.Provides feedback to candidates in a timely fashion regarding their status in the recruiting process.

6.Able to present and negotiate a job offer to a candidate and obtain his/her acceptance.

7.Other related admin work for team

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resourcemanagement，Psychology or other related majors

2. 1+ years working experiences,recuiting related working experiences are good plus

3. Good Enlish skills in oral and written, preferable Mandarin Speaker

4. Self-motivated and focused

5. Optimistic and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude

6. Ability to work within multinational environment with strong sense of respect to local and foreign cultures

7. Good communications skills and can work under pressure
