Freshie Mart Retails is a dynamic and growing company operating a chain of 5 retail outlets. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Executive to join our team.
Position Summary
The Area Executive will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across all 5 Freshie Mart Retails outlets. This role requires frequent travel between locations and close collaboration with the Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all 5 outlets, including but not limited to: Inventory management, Sales analysis and reporting, Customer service, & Staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Collect and process overtime (OT) and attendance records for all staff across the 5 outlets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all outlets.
- Identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on operational performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
- Passion for customer service and a strong work ethic.
- Willing to relocate in Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam (HQ)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
