What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Monthly preparation of financial reports for Singapore and Malaysia entities
- Quarterly and annual planning and projecting of sales revenues and operating expenses
- Monthly preparation of payroll for Singapore and Malaysia
- Collaborating with external accounting and corporate secretary firms for annual auditing and tax filing matters
- Manage corporate tax matters such as submission of GST (Singapore), SST (Malaysia), income tax, etc.
- Management of statutory filing such as CPF (Singapore), EPF (Malaysia), etc
- Preparation/Submission of Return of Employee’s Remuneration (IR8A – SG), (Form EA/E – Malaysia)
- Provide financial advice to the management team
- Provide supervision to junior finance colleagues
What You’ll Need (Qualifications/Requirements)
- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree/ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the professional services industry is preferred for this position.
- Excellent knowledge in the use of accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks, etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and able to multitask.
- Knowledge and experience in Singapore and Malaysia accounting will be an advantage
- Resourceful and able to work independently
