Job Summary:
Are you a dedicated and certified Safety & Health Executive/Officer with a passion for making workplaces safer and more efficient? We're seeking a Greenbook Holder to join our team and spearhead our health, safety, security, and environmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and update monthly HSSE activities across the organization.
- Perform HSSE workplace inspections at all PUSPAKOM branches, mobile units, and other business locations.
- Conduct HSSE awareness training for all staff, including inductions, staff awareness sessions, contractor briefings, and other related training.
- Handle HSSE-related accident reporting, investigations, and reports.
- Prepare, review, and update risk assessments (HIRARC) for each work task.
- Manage Security Guard (SG) and Cash In Transit (CIT) operations, including planning, reviewing attendance, credit notes, invoices, and addressing security performance issues.
- Compile and submit HSSE monthly and quarterly reports.
- Plan, execute, and summarize HSSE-related monitoring activities, such as excessive noise identification, noise risk assessment, audiometric tests, chemical health risk assessments, chemical exposure monitoring, medical surveillance, indoor air quality, boundary noise monitoring, and more.
- Monitor and update the annual HSSE budget.
- Develop and implement ISO 39001:2012 Road Traffic Safety Management System.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by the Head of Safety (HOS).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Sciences, Management, Operations, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in the health, safety, security, and environmental field.
- Certification: Certified Safety & Health Officer (Greenbook Holder) is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Schedule Waste (SW) management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 39001 management systems is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and be stationed nationwide every month (minimum 1 week within a month).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
