  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, tools, and applications such as Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus software.
  • Excellent Problem-solving and Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills and Customer-focused Mindset.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift, if required.
