- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with IT systems, tools, and applications such as Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus software.
- Excellent Problem-solving and Analytical Skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills and Customer-focused Mindset.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift, if required.
