Swift's Data and Services tribe is looking for a product manager to lead the development, implementation and execution of marketing plans for a particular range of insights & analytics solutions in the post-transaction area in order to optimize overall sales, growth and profitability, in line with the Company Strategy and the tribe's vision.Overview:

In this context, Swift, and more specifically the Post-Transaction Business Area of our Data and Services Tribe, is looking for a Product Manager with proven experience in launching, enhancing and managing products/services. Swift has a unique set of business intelligence solutions composed of a series of insights & analytics which helps the financial community develop their businesses and improve their operational efficiency thanks to actionable Swift transactional data.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
As Product Manager, you will participate to the evolution setting and day-to-day management of the Transaction data portfolio, and will in particular:
- Capture and consolidate client’s requirements or feedback, communicate them to the relevant stakeholders (Product Management, Business Development, IT) and follow-up on the delivery/communication;
- Participate in shaping the portfolio vision and go-to-market strategy in alignment with your Product Owner and the company’s strategy;
- Propose, build, manage and deliver marketing collaterals such as factsheets, flyers, reports, internal and external presentations;
- Stay abreast of the developments of the markets supported by the offering (Payments, Trade Finance, Securities, Treasury, Fraud & AML);
- Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (commercial teams, risk, operations, finance, communication teams, etc) as part of the product business lifecycle management;
- Provide strategic support to customers;
- Represent the product internally and externally.
Qualifications and skills
- University degree or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a Product development environment, preferably in a Data & Services or Financial Industry sector;
- Proven track record in managing clients and maintaining customer satisfaction;
- Drives successful outcomes through collaboration, influence and partnership in a complex, matrix environment;
- Passionate, self-starter, with personal drive and ambition;
- Team player with good discipline, organized way of working and ability to work autonomously, remotely from some colleagues and in an Agile context;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally, and ability to work with internal and external customers;
- Ability and desire to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, across varied geographies and teams
- A good understanding of the Business Intelligence dynamics and tools (MicroStrategy in particular) is a plus
- Exposure and knowledge on transactional and non-transactional data across Swift is a plus
- Previous experience with working in Agile and with its associated tools (Confluence and Jira) is a plus

01 . Define product/market and develop improved/new product concepts and/or business solutions requirements based on customer needs.
02 . Produce detailed product definitions and associated business cases. Provide IT with customer/product requirements and act as an interface between product development and commercial teams.
03 . Manage product launch projects, coordinate all aspects of the marketing plan (product/pricing offer, promotion, development of user documentation, training of customers and commercial divisions. )
04 . Manage assigned products through their life cycle by defining yearly sales targets, continuously monitoring P&L and ensuring continually product improvements or renewals.
05 . Liaise with other divisions/departments, customers, vendors, regulatory bodies and industry associations and make presentations.
06 . Keep abreast with trends in the industry and share information with other divisions/departments.
