  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management

  • Oversee and optimize daily business operations for efficiency and quality.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Coordinate projects and resources to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and identify new sales opportunities.

Team Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members for skill development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and address areas for improvement.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare detailed reports on operational efficiency and sales performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to set long-term business goals.

Requirements:
