  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Who Are We Seeking?

We are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented SREs with a strong foundation in SRE principles and a passion for building and maintaining reliable systems. The ideal candidates will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills, allowing them to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

About us

What will you do?

  • Design and implement high-availability, scalable system architectures.
  • Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Define, track, and analyze SLOs/SLIs to ensure service reliability.
  • Conduct thorough incident post-mortems for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish best practices and drive reliability improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to databases, networks, and deployments (including underlying platforms like Kubernetes and VMs).
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs, maintaining high service delivery standards.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Strong foundation in SRE principles (SLOs/SLIs, toil reduction, incident response)
  • Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
  • Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Golang, Java)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and frameworks, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related field.

  • Mandarin fluency is a requirement
