We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foreign worker recruitment, visa renewals, and general HR duties. This role requires someone with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the recruitment process for foreign workers, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage the renewal process for foreign workers’ visas, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle all aspects of employee documentation, including contracts, records, and relevant HR paperwork.
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, including employee relations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, such as EPF, SOCSO, and medical claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Prepare and manage employee leave records, annual leave requests, and attendance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual performance reviews and bonus calculations.
