ROLE: Customer Service Executive
PROJECT: Mobile
LOCATION:
- Symphony House Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station -10mins walking)
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule
JOB SCOPE:
- Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
SALARY PACKAGE:
- BASIC SALARY: RM 2,000.00- RM 2,900.00
- KPI & Attendance Allowance: Up to RM500
- Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM400.
- Language Allowance: RM800 (Mandarin -speak, read & write)
WORKING HOURS: Mon-Sun (morning, afternoon & night shifts)
- 5 working days & 2 days off (depending on shifts)
- 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break)
- Earliest shift starts: 7AM
- Last shift ends: 3AM
- Training provided (1 month)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
