Task Description :
1. Oversee the launch of all e-commerce platforms.
2. Responsible for both online and offline marketing platforms.
3. Analyse and improve website’s KPI.
4. Maximize search engine option (SEO) rankings.
5. Keep track with current social media trends in order to understand the latest online consumer behaviour.
6. Optimize website design to improve User Experience on site.
7. Manage website products’ photo shoots and create content for the products.
8. Coordinate merchandising of online products range, stock management, optimization, upload products & relevant content on to the e-commerce platforms.
9. Provide excellent customer service when responding to shipping issues, inquiries, fulfil and process website orders.
10. Use analytics tools and internal reporting to improve conversion, and drive e-commerce sales target.
11. Set up weekly reporting trackers using Google Analytics, NetSuite & update website content.
12. Ensure consistency between physical stores and website, while balancing online trading objectives.
13. Other duties as and when instructed by management.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or any related field.
Prefer candidate who can join immediately Dec 2024
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
