Resident Technical Officer (Mechanical)

Job Descriptions:

• Carry out duties and responsibilities for the supervision of the mechanical and building services works
• Work with the Resident Engineer and be responsible for enforcing specification and code
• Supporting the Resident Engineers on the review and approval of design calculations and drawings
• Proactive in providing periodic site progress update
• Ensure appropriate and consistent documentation of inspection and test
• Accommodating with minimal night work and on weekends, as and when required

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or Engineering Technician Program accredited by Board of Engineers, Malaysia in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in site supervision works, preferably in water/wastewater treatment plants or Industrial Plants
• Self-starter, proactive, diligent and ability to work in a team
• Conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations
• Good command of English

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
