Job Requirements

  • Min SPM
  • A good command of English - all communication in English
  • At least 1 year of experience in online customer service (Required)
  • Can work independently.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated, and team player.
  • Able to work on shift basis and public holidays
  • Korean language TOPIK level 4 and above will be a plus
  • Able to start immediately

Responsibilities

  • Entertain customers' queries in a timely manner
  • Communicate with warehouse management for stock enquiries

Work Schedule

  • Working days: Monday - Sunday Rotational 5 days/week (including weekend and public holidays)
  • Working hours: Rotational Shift (9am - 6pm, 3pm - 12am) (9 hour shifts including break/day)
