We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Position Responsibilities

  • Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase or experience with the company
  • Identifying potential risks and addressing problems before they escalate into larger issues
  • Providing information about products, services, procedures, policies, or other topics through written materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or manuals
  • Listening to customers’ concerns, responding with appropriate follow up actions, and keeping records of customer issues and resolutions
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction levels to ensure that customers are happy with their interactions with the company
  • Keep customer updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • To keep up the customers wellbeing such as birthdays and festival wishes.
  • Expand the customers base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Interacting with customers via social media (WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype, SMS, Email, Live Chat and calls to answer questions and to solve problems
  • Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that may indicate problems in need of attention
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to build repeat business through customer satisfaction
  • To prepare sales report on daily basis
  • To follow up payment with customers that led by you via sending email, fax or phone.
  • Position Requirements
  • Professional Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing or equivalent with STRONG interests in Sales or Marketing.
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proactive working attitude, great patience with a pleasant personality and positive service mindset at all times.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage.
  • Service oriented, Strong interpersonal & written communication skills.
  • Independent and able to work in a team with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate.
  • Applicants must be willing to work at Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Able to join immediately
