Job Descriptions:
-Conduct assessments tailored to the needs of elderly patients, identifying physical limitations and mobility challenges.
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using gentle exercise, manual therapy, and balance training to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
-Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to manage or prevent physical limitations.
-Provide guidance on fall prevention strategies and mobility aids suited for elderly care.
-Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments to reflect changing needs and goals.
-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
-Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
-Licensed and registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA).
-Experience working with elderly patients in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
-Strong understanding of age-related conditions and physiotherapy approaches suitable for older adults.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
