Job Description

• Working Location: Henderson Road
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (8.30am – 5.30pm/ 9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + Commission + Annual Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails to assist customers, agents, and internal staff in a professional manner while adhering to established company and departmental guidelines.
• Achieve performance standards, including call quality and efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, long-term solutions.
• Escalate customer service issues to superior or management when necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address agent concerns and assist with retention efforts.
• Work with the Technical Support team to help with inquiries about agent accounts or products.
• Participate in all training and educational activities when needed.
• Fully adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies.
• Ensure all reservations are processed according to established procedures
• Ensure all work aligns with company standards and training, including accurate and complete paperwork for functions, such as coach charters, guest preferences, booking supplements, and payment details.

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a service-related industry.
• Previous call centre experience is an added advantage
• Strong data entry skills and organizational skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
• Good skills with Microsoft Office applications.
