- Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
- Solving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
- Familiar with FANUC controller.
- Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
- Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
- Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
- Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains workspace safety and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Actively engaged in tidying up plant & machine.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Conducts routine maintenance check and rectify to ensure operational efficiency of machines and equipment.
- To develop ideas for optimized plant operation to further increase production yield and reduce operational cost.
- Preparing report as requested related to machine and plant.
- Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors; most often facilities & maintenance manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
