Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
- Position Title: Accounts Assistant
- Working Location: Toa Payoh
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Sat: 8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2500 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including depositing checks and preparing invoices.
- Manage company budgets and maintain a systematic filing system.
- Prepare documents for accountants or auditors and compile data for income tax returns.
- Reconcile bank transactions, complete deposits, and issue checks.
- Provide administrative and some accounting support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist the team with organizational tasks and general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
