  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

2.1 Coordinate the shipping and receiving of calibration instruments and materials.

2.2 Prepare shipping documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.

2.3 Ensure goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

3. Transportation Coordination

3.1 Organize transportation logistics for calibration equipment to and from clients, calibration laboratories, and suppliers.

3.2 Coordinate with vendors, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

3.3 Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues that arise.

4. Calibration Equipment Handling

4.1 Ensure calibration equipment is handled with care, following established procedures for handling sensitive instruments.

4.2 Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment at customer locations if required.

5. Documentation and Record-Keeping

5.1 Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including documentation of calibration certificates, warranty records, and compliance paperwork.

5.2 Ensure that all relevant documents are filed and accessible for audits or customer inquiries.

6. Customer Interaction

6.1 Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, order status, and logistics-related concerns.

6.2 Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

7. Health and Safety Compliance

7.1 Follow health and safety regulations related to the transportation and storage of calibration equipment.

7.2 Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in storage and shipping areas.

8. Support Calibration Operations

8.1 Collaborate with the calibration team to ensure that equipment is available when needed for calibration processes.

8.2 Assist in organizing logistics for calibration projects, ensuring proper timing and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
