We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative and inclusive workplace. We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin to manage and support our growing team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: •Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. •Maintain employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave and performance reviews. •Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws and regulations •Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting engagement activities and fostering a positive workplace culture. •Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Administrative Support: •Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment and administrative needs. •Coordinate with external vendors, such as insurance providers, training consultants and payroll services. •Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance records. •Organize and maintain company documentation records. •Schedule and organize monthly management meetings. Qualifications: •Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. •Proficient in Japanese language, with a minimum qualification of N2 to N3 JLPT certification. •At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles, with prior experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage •Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. •Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Offices •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. •Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. •Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges.
