JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
A) Packaging, marketing & promotion of key sellable products and content
- Develop pricing, packages and sales proposals to monetize key sellable content with brand integration across platforms.
- Conceptualize the marketing proposition for key content/products in each business/revenue segment to develop marketing materials for trade.
- Develop and maintain rate card for all new and available products on Radio & Digital platform.
- Create marketing story and develop videos for social media platforms targeting trade, from conceptualization of storyboard to script development and video production.
- Plan and manage development of EDMs to promote key content and drive traffic to website. Develop case study and marketing videos for key content or campaigns.
- Develop and maintain credentials, sales kits, channel profile and viewership updates to aid sales team in day-to-day selling.
- Collaborate with content group/key stakeholders to develop strong marketing materials and campaigns to ensure maximum revenue generation.
- Distribute and manage all proposals and sales tool/information on shared drive and AMS website.
B) Digitalization & management of Astromedia marketing channels for portfolio building
- Drive marketing initiatives to communicate, advertise and market all products and services to trade.
- Manage trade marketing plan to ensure the communications are aligned with business objective.
- Develop, manage and update content/information (includes content highlights, sales decks/packages, rate card, research statistics & case studies) on the shared drive and AMS trade website.
- Plan and develop video content or marketing campaigns to drive followers and engagement on Astromedia social media platforms. (ie FB, IG, YT, LinkedIn)
- Develop sales kit and market all new digital products or revenue streams, including managing the press releases and launch campaigns.
C) Trade events & engagement campaigns to strengthen relationship with business partners
- Conceptualize and execute trade events, including development of presentation materials, marketing collaterals and gifts, liaison with internal stakeholders, creative agency and event organiser.
- Manage industry event sponsorship, sales and marketing/promotional roadshows to enhance trade communication and engagement.
- Develop post mortem report outlining learnings for future events.
D) Project Management & Development of New Initiatives
- Understand overall strategic direction of company and objective and partake in the development for any new product and services launch.
- Take charge in development of marketing plan and value proposition for new products, services and initiatives.
- Work closely with creative agency to establish overall creative direction and communications, formulate long term plans and activities to build new products or services.
