- Handle patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and follow-up for both new and existing clients.
- Assist with payment processing and collection.

- Maintain a clean & organized centre
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform any ad hock tasks when required
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management
- Ability to work on weekends
