Mechanic

1. To perform repair maintenance of all the mechanical equipment in the plants or as directed by superior: • Mechanical fitting works • Belting works (belt conveyors) • Metal sheeting works • Environmental works (Eps & bag filters) • Machining works • Compressors and blowers works. • Lubrication works (when oilers are not available) 2. To instruct, guide & train the mechanical helpers during the maintenance activities. 3. To perform housekeeping duties on machinery, equipment, workplace including clearing of spillages, blockages, & other materials whenever hindering the works or operations. 4. To carry out regular plant service maintenance or whatever necessary. 5. To participate in installation, operation & maintenance of all the plant equipment, devices & accessories necessary for the safe and efficient operation of production plant. 6. To be able to do the repair works independently of to lead a group of mechanical helpers to perform the assigned tasks. 7. To report to the superiors on the work assignments & results before end of shift. 8. To perform overtime (OT) whenever necessary or requested by the superior 9. To perform normal shift or shift or substitution works whenever necessarily required or directed by superiors. 10. To observe & adhere to company’s policies & procedure at all time. 11. To observe & adhere to Safety, Health & Environmental procedures in all respects of work. 12. To carry out any other duties & responsibilities assigned from time to time by the superiors
