Job Description

Perform periodic maintenance tasks on Suzuki Vehicles
Perform repair or replacement of faulty vehicle parts.
Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnosis & troubleshooting.
Conduct quality check and test vehicle systems to ensure proper functionality
Ensure repair activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
Assist in conducting on-site service at customers’ premise or location as required
Attend trainings as assigned by supervisor
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals
Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements

Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate (e.g. SKM Level 1, 2 or 3), Diploma or relevant qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must have basic automotive background.
Able to conduct minor and major service jobs with basic troubleshooting skill.
Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
Ability to work independently with positive attitude and responsible character.
Good personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Able to communicate with customers and internal staffs in a professional manner.
Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
Able to work on Saturday.
